A few days ago I went to see the movie Ninja Assassin. I liked the fighting and the use of different weapons that I haven't seen before. However, this now puts me to the test Ninjas vs Pirates. I still say ninjas because they can teleport in the shadows and move super fast. If I was a pirate I would not want to be caught at night with a ninja.
Graphicly the blood looked a bit too fake for me and the story took too long to develop. I felt that there was too much backstory, but it was still a good movie. I suggest a rental for non hard core movie goers.

A picture is really worth a thousand words
This is my photo-roman for Digital Cinematography. A Photo-roman is a photo story. In this case my goal is take a nursery rhyme or fairy tale and give it a modern twist. I had chose to do "This Little Piggy." For some who do not know how the rhyme goes:
This little piggy went to the market
This little piggy stayed home
This little piggy had roast beef
This little piggy had none
This little piggy cried "wee wee wee"
All the way home.
I feel that I was quite successful in giving this a modern look.
A picture is worth a thousand words.

UC Berkeley Students & Staff Walkout
Here is something for my money. This is the second time I have heard about school walkouts. One time was in Florida and now in California. Don't think that this cannot happen. I am quite sure that there are many schools out there that are in the same situation. There are schools that are losing programs that have been around for 30 years! Seriously! This is crazy!
It is a sad thing that stuff likes this happens because of the economy. I think that is unfair to students and the faculty because we do not have enough money. Other countries that are less fortunate than us have been watching us to see how we make our moves. Sadly to say our previous president has not made the wisest decisions.

K- Rave
Over the summer camp I threw a rave and it had photos of the children. Legeally I had no release forms so I replaced the photos with the ones from Otakon 2009. There is no sound, because it was for a rave.
